
Shannon Ganley, DPM
Dr. Shannon Ganley is a foot and ankle specialist from Dallas, TX. She received her Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma State University. Followed by her doctorate of podiatric medicine from Des Moines University in Iowa. After medical school, she completed a three-year residency program in foot and ankle reconstructive surgery at Saint Vincent Hospital – Indianapolis, IN. She is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. She is forefoot and rearfoot board qualified by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery. She has extensive surgical training in forefoot and rearfoot pathologies. Including the following conditions- bunions, hammertoes, plantar fasciitis, neuromas, pediatric and adult flat foot, diabetic ulcerations, foot/ankle fractures, achilles tendonitis and ruptures, and charcot deformities.
Dr. Ganley has lived in Chandler, AZ for the past several years. In her spare time, she enjoys knitting, cross-stitching, attending sporting games, and concerts with her husband.

Dr. Mary Maselli , Podiatry
Dr. Mary Maselli is a foot and ankle specialist originally from Warren, Ohio. She received her bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s College in South Bend, Indiana and then her doctorate of podiatric medicine from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland Ohio.
She completed her surgical residency here in Arizona where she has continued to practice for the last 33 years. She is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. She has extensive experience in wound care as well as surgical correction of bunions, hammertoes, tendon pathologies and fractures.
Dr. Maselli has lived in Scottsdale, Az for the last 29 years. She enjoys her children’s lacrosse games, traveling, hiking and game nights.
Dr. Maselli believes in listening to her patients and working with them to create a treatment plan to improve their condition; she enjoys getting to know her patients and her goal is to get patients back on their feet again!


Hoang Nguyen, DPM
Dr. Nguyen has always been drawn to the arts, sciences, and working with her hands. She earned a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Biochemistry from Mississippi State University and a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Rosalind Franklin University, Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Illinois. Dr. Nguyen completed a rigorous three-year surgical residency in Foot and Ankle Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at Trinity Health Livonia where she refined her surgical skills and deepened her medical knowledge in foot and ankle health. She is forefoot and rearfoot board qualified by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
Dr. Nguyen specialized in wound care, diabetic limb salvage, foot & ankle trauma, minimally invasive surgery, forefoot and rearfoot reconstruction. She values evidence-based medicine and stays at the forefront of innovative technologies and treatments.
Dr. Nguyen is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient centered care, treating every individual as if they were a member of her own family. She looks forward to meeting and working with every patient and is honored to be a member of this profession.
Outside of work, Dr. Nguyen enjoys playing golf, outdoor activity, cooking, and spending time with her husband and daughter. She is excited to serve the community and build lasting relationships with her patients.


Kathleen Richards, DPM
Dr. Kathleen Richards was born and raised in the Western New York area. She attended Niagara University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Med Biology. She was also a two sport NCAA athlete playing shortstop and track. She then attended the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine associated with Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, where she received her medical degree as a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. She then moved to Phoenix, Arizona to begin private practice.
She first began practice on the west side of town, in which she thrived for seven years. She joined Advanced Podiatry in 2000 and still continues today. She enjoys her patients and treats them all as family.
Dr. Richards is also a mentor for surrounding medical schools, in which she teaches students in the out-patient surgical setting. She is associated with HonorHealth Deer Valley, Abrazo Central and Abrazo Scottsdale Hospitals.
Dr. Richards is a member of many professional organizations which include, the American Podiatric Medical Association, Arizona Foot and Ankle Medical Association, American Sports Medicine Association and is a life member of the American Association of Women Podiatrists.


Michael Sekosky, DPM
Dr. Michael Sekosky is a podiatry specialist in Fountain Hills, AZ and has over 35 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in 1988. He is affiliated with Abrazo Scottsdale Campus. His top areas of expertise are Fungal Nail Infection, Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome, Fibromatosis, and Ledderhose Disease.


Dr. Pantera, DPM
Dr.Pantera comes to us as a native of WesternNew York. He graduated fron Niagra University in Niagara Falls, New York. He went on to graduate fron the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine and a residency at the Newington, VAMC in Newington, CT. He is board eligible and pursuing certification.
He started his career working for a large multi-disciplinary clinic outside of Baton Rouge, Lousiana for three years. He then relocated to Southwest Florida where he headed up the podiatry section at the Fort Myers VAMC for five and a half years. Following this role Dr. Pantera transferred to the Durham, NC VAMC where he served veterans for the next twelve years. He brings with him a broad knowledge in podiatry as well as cultural sensivity from his time serving several Native American tribes. He looks forward to serving the Globe and surrounding areas with the utmost care ,
respect and understanding.

Dr. Kara Gordon, DPM
Dr. Kara Gordon is a board‑certified podiatrist specializing in foot surgery and advanced wound care. With more than two decades of clinical experience, she has built a reputation for compassionate patient care, strong clinical judgment, and steady leadership in both private practice and hospital‑based medicine.
For the past six years, Dr. Gordon has served the Copper Queen Community Healthcare system in Bisbee, Arizona, where she provides comprehensive clinical care and surgical services. She founded the organization’s Wound Care Department and has held the role of Chief of Surgery, contributing to the growth and quality of surgical services within the system.
Before joining Copper Queen, Dr. Gordon spent 18 years in private practice in Sierra Vista, where she developed a well‑rounded podiatric practice serving a diverse patient population. During that time, she played an integral role in establishing the Advanced Wound Care Center at Canyon Vista Medical Center. Her leadership extended beyond clinical work—she served in multiple hospital governance roles, including Chair of the Code of Conduct Committee, Secretary, Vice‑Chief of Staff, and ultimately Chief of Staff.
Dr. Gordon earned her MBA from the University of Massachusetts in 2022. She applies her business training to strategic decision‑making in her clinical work and personal endeavors. Through her involvement with the American Association of Physician Leaders, she is eligible to sit for the Certified Physician Executive exam, reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning and physician leadership.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Gordon embraces a wide range of interests that keep her grounded and energized. She enjoys motorcycle riding, scuba diving, knitting, gardening, reading, puzzles, wine tasting, and unwinding with Netflix alongside her husband. She is the proud mother of two grown daughters and the devoted caretaker of two spoiled dogs who have happily assumed the role of “the kids” at home. Time with friends and family remains one of her greatest joys.


Dr. George Dooley, DPM
Dr. Dooley is a board certified podiatrist dedicated to helping patients relieve pain, restore mobility, and return to the activities they enjoy. He takes a personalized, patient-centered approach, working closely with each individual to develop effective treatment plans tailored to their goals and lifestyle.
He earned his undergraduate degree in Biology and Psychology from Texas Tech University and his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Barry University in Miami. He completed his foot and ankle surgical residency at the Carl T. Hayden VA Hospital in Phoenix, where he trained extensively in limb preservation and trauma care.
Dr. Dooley treats a wide range of foot and ankle conditions, from common concerns such as heel pain, bunions, flat feet and ingrown toenails to more complex issues involving sports injuries, diabetic foot care, and wound management. He offers both surgical, and nonsurgical treatment options and emphasizes exhausting conservative approaches whenever appropriate before considering surgery.
