
Shannon Ganley, DPM
Dr. Shannon Ganley is a foot and ankle specialist from Dallas, TX. She received her Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma State University. Followed by her doctorate of podiatric medicine from Des Moines University in Iowa. After medical school, she completed a three-year residency program in foot and ankle reconstructive surgery at Saint Vincent Hospital – Indianapolis, IN. She is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. She is forefoot and rearfoot board qualified by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery. She has extensive surgical training in forefoot and rearfoot pathologies. Including the following conditions- bunions, hammertoes, plantar fasciitis, neuromas, pediatric and adult flat foot, diabetic ulcerations, foot/ankle fractures, achilles tendonitis and ruptures, and charcot deformities.
Dr. Ganley has lived in Chandler, AZ for the past several years. In her spare time, she enjoys knitting, cross-stitching, attending sporting games, and concerts with her husband.

Michael F. Esber, DPM, FACFAS
Dr. Michael F. Esber received his undergraduate education and a graduate degree in Bioengineering from George Washington University. He attended medical school at the California College of Podiatric Medicine. After graduating and completing an internship in 1990, he completed his residency with The American Foot and Ankle Surgical Center in Tempe, AZ in 1991.
Dr. Michael F. Esber is a wound care specialist for both inpatient and outpatient care. He is a Certified Wound Specialist Physician, certified by the Board of Podiatric Surgery, and a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He also has professional memberships with the American Diabetes Association and the Association for the Advancement of Wound Care. He has hospital affiliations with Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center and Banner Boswell Medical Center. Dr. Esber specializes in diabetic wound care, heel pain, ingrown toenails, and custom orthotics. He has been in practice since 1990.


Genesis Parra-Lugo, DPM, AACFAS
Dr. Parra Lugo is a bilingual, Venezuelan native, raised in Missouri. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Biological Sciences with a minor in Spanish from Missouri Western State University. Dr. Parra Lugo continued her education and graduated Cum Laude with a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, OH.
After earning her Doctorate, Dr. Parra Lugo completed her 3 year residency training in foot and ankle medicine and reconstructive surgery in Reading, PA at a level 1 trauma hospital where she served as Chief Resident. There, she refined her surgical technique, receiving advanced training in Diabetic Limb Salvage including Charcot reconstruction, Foot & Ankle Trauma, Minimally Invasive Surgical techniques, Adult/Pediatric Flatfoot reconstruction, Sports Medicine, and Application of external fixation.
She specializes in both conservative and surgical management of foot and ankle fractures, minimally invasive surgery, limb salvage, sports medicine, including tendon and ligament injuries. She also takes pride in correcting bunions and hammer toes, treating diabetic foot conditions, and wound care management.
Dr. Parra Lugo prioritizes creating a connection with her patients through clear communication and compassionate, collaborative care.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with her family. Dr. Parra Lugo looks forward to serving patients in the community and building lasting relationships.


Darian Wilson, DPM, AACFAS
Dr. Wilson is from Youngstown, Ohio; where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Youngstown State University with Honors. He continued his education and completed his 4 year medical school degree at Kent State University College Of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio. Dr. Wilson graduated from medical school Summa Cum Laude and went on to complete his 3 year residency training as Chief Resident at Reading Hospital a level 1 trauma hospital in Reading, Pennsylvania.
There he experienced a vast patient population and diverse training from both podiatric and orthopedic foot & ankle surgeons; which afforded him the opportunity to become a well-trained, multi-faceted physician. He has received advanced training in Foot & Ankle Trauma, Sports Medicine, Minimally Invasive Surgical techniques, Diabetic Limb Salvage including Charcot reconstruction, Application of external fixation, Flatfoot reconstruction, Wound Care and Total Ankle Replacements.
Throughout his career he has continued to develop a strong connection with his patients and truly care for them as he would a family member. Dr. Wilson values each patient individually and believes it is a team effort to achieve the desired outcome. He takes great pride in informing the patient of both non-surgical as well as surgical options based on the pathology and overall goals of care.

Nicole Baxter, DPM
Dr. Nicole Baxter is a foot and ankle specialist from Lebanon, OH. She received her Bachelor of Science from Xavier University. SHe then received her doctorate of podiatric medicine from Kent State College of Podiatric Medicine. She completed her three year residency program in foot and ankle reconstructive surgery at Emory Decatur Hospital, The Podiatry Institute Program. She is Board Qualified in forefoot and rearfoot by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
SHe has extensive training in forefoot, midfoot and rearfoot pathologies including bunions, hammertoes, plantar fasciitis, pediatric and adult flatfoot, pediatric coalitions, diabetic ulcers, achilles tendonitis and rupture, foot and ankle fractures and reafoot arthritis.
Dr. Baxter recently moved to the Valley and lives in North Phoenix currently. In her spare time, she runs, rides horses, volunteers with horse therapy programs and reads. She is an avid animal lover and enjoys all outdoor activities and adventure
Dr. Baxter’s professional view is to have a team centered approach for all podiatric medical care. Dr. Joseph Krupa, Podiatry
Dr. Joseph Krupa grew up in the suburbs of Chicago. He went on to obtain his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Indiana University. He then went to New York College of Podiatric Medicine for his podiatric medical degree. He completed a four-year residency program at a level 2 trauma center, Saint Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, NY. He is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.
He provides both inpatient and outpatient care for his patients. He has had extensive experience in trauma and wound care. He specializes in bunions, hammertoes, plantar fasciitis, ingrown toenails, and diabetic foot ulcers. Dr. Krupa is all about getting his patients back on their feet and back to normal pain free function as soon as possible.


Dr. Mary Maselli , Podiatry
Dr. Mary Maselli is a foot and ankle specialist originally from Warren, Ohio. She received her bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s College in South Bend, Indiana and then her doctorate of podiatric medicine from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland Ohio.
She completed her surgical residency here in Arizona where she has continued to practice for the last 33 years. She is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. She has extensive experience in wound care as well as surgical correction of bunions, hammertoes, tendon pathologies and fractures.
Dr. Maselli has lived in Scottsdale, Az for the last 29 years. She enjoys her children’s lacrosse games, traveling, hiking and game nights.
Dr. Maselli believes in listening to her patients and working with them to create a treatment plan to improve their condition; she enjoys getting to know her patients and her goal is to get patients back on their feet again!


Dr. Eric Li, DPM
Dr. Eric Li, DPM, is a podiatrist originally from Cleveland, Ohio. He holds degrees from Case Western Reserve University, including a bachelor’s and master’s degree, and a DPM from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Li completed his residency at Corewell Health Farmington Hills, where he gained expertise in diagnosing and treating foot and ankle disorders, wound care, trauma, and conducting surgical interventions. Dr. Li places a strong emphasis on providing exceptional patient care, prioritizing effective communication and maintaining a compassionate bedside manner. Outside of his professional responsibilities, he enjoys engaging in various activities such as traveling, hiking, tennis, and exploring local culinary experiences.


Dr Stephen Kominsky, Podiatrist
Dr Stephen Kominsky is a nationally renowned board certified foot and ankle surgeon practicing for many years in Washington D.C. Dr. Kominsky has authored many textbooks, chapters and manuscripts on topics including The Medical and Surgical Management of the Diabetic Foot, Surgical Conditions of the Foot and Ankle as well as limb salvage techniques for the diabetic population. While practicing in Washington D.C., Dr. Kominsky served as the Director of the Foot and Ankle Surgical residency program at the prestigious Medstar Washington Hospital Center, the largest teaching hospital in the Mid-Atlantic region. Also during his career, Dr. Kominsky served as the Podiatry Consultant to the Washington Capitals of the NHL.
Throughout Dr. Kominsky’s career, he maintains a strong interest in surgical products, as well as wound healing product development. This has led to many of the surgical hardware and wound care products that are currently in use today. While practicing in Washington D.C. Dr. Kominsky received “Top Doctor” award which is voted on by his peers. Dr. Kominsky is the only podiatrist to achieve the rank of Clinical Professor in the Department of Surgery at George Washington University Medical Center.

Peter Joseph Godoy III , DPM
Born and raised in Southern California, Dr. Godoy has always been driven by intellectual curiosity and a passion for problem-solving. His educational pursuits led him across the country to Boston, Massachusetts, where he earned a B.A in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts. Recognizing his calling in medicine, he completed his pre-medical coursework at Salem State University, establishing a strong foundation for his career in medicine.
Dr. Godoy earned his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio, where he honed his expertise in lower extremity pathology and surgical intervention. He then completed an intensive three-year surgical residency at Corewell Health in Farmington Hills, Michigan, a Level II trauma center known for its high-acuity cases. There, he trained alongside vascular surgeons, orthopedic specialists, and podiatrists, gaining comprehensive experience in forefoot and rearfoot reconstructive surgery, external fixation, and complex limb reconstruction. Additionally, he collaborated with fellows in the hospital’s diabetic limb salvage program, refining advanced wound care techniques and limb preservation strategies for high-risk patients.
Dr. Godoy is deeply committed to a patient-centered, multidisciplinary approach to care, believing in the power of collaboration to optimize outcomes. Hoang Nguyen, DPM
Dr. Nguyen has always been drawn to the arts, sciences, and working with her hands. She earned a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Biochemistry from Mississippi State University and a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Rosalind Franklin University, Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Illinois. Dr. Nguyen completed a rigorous three-year surgical
residency in Foot and Ankle Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at Trinity Health Livonia where she refined her surgical skills and deepened her medical knowledge in foot and ankle health.
Dr. Nguyen specialized in wound care, diabetic limb salvage, foot & ankle trauma, minimally invasive surgery, forefront and rear foot reconstruction. She values evidence-based medicine and stays at the forefront of innovative technologies and treatments.
Dr. Nguyen is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient centered care, treating every individual as if they were a member of her own family. She looks forward to meeting and working with every patient and is honored to be a member of this profession. Outside of work, Dr. Nguyen enjoys playing golf, outdoor activity, cooking, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
