Richard P. Jacoby, DPM
Dr. Jacoby received his undergraduate education at Rowan University in New Jersey, his post graduate education at Villanova University in Pennsylvania and attended medical school at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, graduating in 1969.
Dr. Jacoby has won the Phoenix Magazine Top Docs Award on four different occasions (2003, 2005, 2008, and 2010) and he is the coauthor of the book, Sugar Crush: How to Reduce Inflammation, Reverse Nerve Damage, and Reclaim Good Health. Dr. Jacoby is a past president of the Arizona Podiatry Association, as well as the Association of Extremity Nerve Surgeons. He specializes in the treatment of peripheral neuropathy and has been in practice since 1970.
Ashley Jensen, DPM
Ashley Jensen, DPM, is a board certified foot and ankle specialist with advanced training in wound care, limb salvage, reconstructive, elective and trauma surgery.
Dr. Jensen began her education at St. Catherine University, in St. Paul, Minnesota where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She then continued her studies at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio, where she earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree. Dr. Jensen received her foot and ankle surgical training locally at Valley Wise Medical Center where she serves as chief resident.
Despite her hectic schedules in undergraduate and podiatry school, Dr. Jensen was also active in numerous professional societies including the American Association of Women Podiatrists, the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, Kappa Tau Epsilon, Podiatric Association of Diabetes, and the American Podiatric Medical Association.
Dr. Jensen strongly believes that every patient should be treated like family. Each patient deserves the best overall care and it is important that they understand and be included in their medical care. If you know Dr. Jensen, you will see that she does the right thing for each patient every time.
Outside of work, Dr. Jensen enjoys hiking, baking, running, traveling and spending time with her husband Craig and her dog Tobie.
Ko, Liang-Chieh, D.P.M.
Dr. Ko is originally from Taiwan. After graduating from Kent State University College of Podiatric medicine in Ohio, he completed a 3-year surgical residency with training ranging from basic podiatric care to reconstructive foot surgery. and graduated from Tower Health Phoenixville Hospital in a beautiful town called Phoenixville, which is located in the Philadelphia suburbs. Growing up in Taiwan and the United States he has come to appreciate the value of hard work in the field of medicine. “People come to us to seek physical and mental comfort so they can focus on other important things in life,” says Dr. Ko. He will listen to all of your concerns and provide you with the most updated medical recommendations. Dr. Ko considers it a privilege to share his knowledge and experiences with you to better your life. He is excited to meet you and looks forward to embarking on this journey of healing together.
Shannon Ganley, DPM
Dr. Shannon Ganley is a foot and ankle specialist from Dallas, TX. She received her Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma State University. Followed by her doctorate of podiatric medicine from Des Moines University in Iowa. After medical school, she completed a three-year residency program in foot and ankle reconstructive surgery at Saint Vincent Hospital – Indianapolis, IN. She is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. She is forefoot and rearfoot board qualified by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery. She has extensive surgical training in forefoot and rearfoot pathologies. Including the following conditions- bunions, hammertoes, plantar fasciitis, neuromas, pediatric and adult flat foot, diabetic ulcerations, foot/ankle fractures, achilles tendonitis and ruptures, and charcot deformities.
Dr. Ganley has lived in Chandler, AZ for the past several years. In her spare time, she enjoys knitting, cross-stitching, attending sporting games, and concerts with her husband.

Michael F. Esber, DPM, FACFAS
Dr. Michael F. Esber received his undergraduate education and a graduate degree in Bioengineering from George Washington University. He attended medical school at the California College of Podiatric Medicine. After graduating and completing an internship in 1990, he completed his residency with The American Foot and Ankle Surgical Center in Tempe, AZ in 1991.
Dr. Michael F. Esber is a wound care specialist for both inpatient and outpatient care. He is a Certified Wound Specialist Physician, certified by the Board of Podiatric Surgery, and a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He also has professional memberships with the American Diabetes Association and the Association for the Advancement of Wound Care. He has hospital affiliations with Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center and Banner Boswell Medical Center. Dr. Esber specializes in diabetic wound care, heel pain, ingrown toenails, and custom orthotics. He has been in practice since 1990.
