Shannon Ganley, DPM
Dr. Shannon Ganley is a foot and ankle specialist from Dallas, TX. She received her Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma State University. Followed by her doctorate of podiatric medicine from Des Moines University in Iowa. After medical school, she completed a three-year residency program in foot and ankle reconstructive surgery at Saint Vincent Hospital – Indianapolis, IN. She is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. She is forefoot and rearfoot board qualified by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery. She has extensive surgical training in forefoot and rearfoot pathologies. Including the following conditions- bunions, hammertoes, plantar fasciitis, neuromas, pediatric and adult flat foot, diabetic ulcerations, foot/ankle fractures, achilles tendonitis and ruptures, and charcot deformities.
Dr. Ganley has lived in Chandler, AZ for the past several years. In her spare time, she enjoys knitting, cross-stitching, attending sporting games, and concerts with her husband.

Michael F. Esber, DPM, FACFAS
Dr. Michael F. Esber received his undergraduate education and a graduate degree in Bioengineering from George Washington University. He attended medical school at the California College of Podiatric Medicine. After graduating and completing an internship in 1990, he completed his residency with The American Foot and Ankle Surgical Center in Tempe, AZ in 1991.
Dr. Michael F. Esber is a wound care specialist for both inpatient and outpatient care. He is a Certified Wound Specialist Physician, certified by the Board of Podiatric Surgery, and a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He also has professional memberships with the American Diabetes Association and the Association for the Advancement of Wound Care. He has hospital affiliations with Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center and Banner Boswell Medical Center. Dr. Esber specializes in diabetic wound care, heel pain, ingrown toenails, and custom orthotics. He has been in practice since 1990.
Genesis Parra-Lugo, DPM, AACFAS
Dr. Parra Lugo is a bilingual, Venezuelan native, raised in Missouri. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Biological Sciences with a minor in Spanish from Missouri Western State University. Dr. Parra Lugo continued her education and graduated Cum Laude with a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, OH.
After earning her Doctorate, Dr. Parra Lugo completed her 3 year residency training in foot and ankle medicine and reconstructive surgery in Reading, PA at a level 1 trauma hospital where she served as Chief Resident. There, she refined her surgical technique, receiving advanced training in Diabetic Limb Salvage including Charcot reconstruction, Foot & Ankle Trauma, Minimally Invasive Surgical techniques, Adult/Pediatric Flatfoot reconstruction, Sports Medicine, and Application of external fixation.
She specializes in both conservative and surgical management of foot and ankle fractures, minimally invasive surgery, limb salvage, sports medicine, including tendon and ligament injuries. She also takes pride in correcting bunions and hammer toes, treating diabetic foot conditions, and wound care management.
Dr. Parra Lugo prioritizes creating a connection with her patients through clear communication and compassionate, collaborative care.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with her family. Dr. Parra Lugo looks forward to serving patients in the community and building lasting relationships.
Darian Wilson, DPM, AACFAS
Dr. Wilson is from Youngstown, Ohio; where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Youngstown State University with Honors. He continued his education and completed his 4 year medical school degree at Kent State University College Of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio. Dr. Wilson graduated from medical school Summa Cum Laude and went on to complete his 3 year residency training as Chief Resident at Reading Hospital a level 1 trauma hospital in Reading, Pennsylvania.
There he experienced a vast patient population and diverse training from both podiatric and orthopedic foot & ankle surgeons; which afforded him the opportunity to become a well-trained, multi-faceted physician. He has received advanced training in Foot & Ankle Trauma, Sports Medicine, Minimally Invasive Surgical techniques, Diabetic Limb Salvage including Charcot reconstruction, Application of external fixation, Flatfoot reconstruction, Wound Care and Total Ankle Replacements.
Throughout his career he has continued to develop a strong connection with his patients and truly care for them as he would a family member. Dr. Wilson values each patient individually and believes it is a team effort to achieve the desired outcome. He takes great pride in informing the patient of both non-surgical as well as surgical options based on the pathology and overall goals of care.
Dr. Wilson loves being active in his free time; spending time with family/friends, hiking, basketball and certainly not to forget golf. He looks forward to and considers it a tremendous honor to become your podiatric health care provider.
