Dr. Nicole Baxter is a foot and ankle specialist from Lebanon, OH. She received her Bachelor of Science from Xavier University. SHe then received her doctorate of podiatric medicine from Kent State College of Podiatric Medicine. She completed her three year residency program in foot and ankle reconstructive surgery at Emory Decatur Hospital, The Podiatry Institute Program. She is Board Qualified in forefoot and rearfoot by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
She has extensive training in forefoot, midfoot and rearfoot pathologies including bunions, hammertoes, plantar fasciitis, pediatric and adult flatfoot, pediatric coalitions, diabetic ulcers, achilles tendonitis and rupture, foot and ankle fractures and reafoot arthritis. Dr. Baxter recently moved to the Valley and lives in North Phoenix currently. In her spare time, she runs, rides horses, volunteers with horse therapy programs and reads. She is an avid animal lover and enjoys all outdoor activities and adventure.
Dr. Baxter’s professional view is to have a team centered approach for all podiatric medical care. Dr. Baxter believes in closely working with her patients to achieve the best results and treatment plans that fits their goals.
